Sh. Rattan Lal (age 47 yrs) is Chairman of Alka India Pvt. Ltd. Group of Companies is a well known industrialist with more than two decades of experience in Textile Industry. He was honored with Udyog Patra Award instituted for Self-made Industrialist by Trade & Industry Development Deptt., Ministry of Industry, and Government of India.

Sh. Rattan Lal has also been associated with some of the leading Real Estate Builders & Developers for the last 10 years for the development of both Commercial and Housing Complexes in Delhi, Haryana, Punjab Chandigarh & Himachal Pradesh.

Sh. Rattan Lal has now ventured independently into the Real Estate business and has been able to procure LOIs for Mega Housing Projects to be established in the Sector 112 spread over in 110 acres of land & 120 acres in Sector 114 Mohali, Punjab. Besides this, under his leadership the ALKA INDIA has become Registered Habitat Developers by the Govt. of Uttaranchal. The TRIDEV CITY is coming up with a township project in 1000 bighas of land in Haridwar. .

He has used his vast knowledge of Real Estate Sector to build and develop AIPL. Under his dynamic leadership, the Company has moved from strength to strength and achieve remarkable growth in its short span of time.
